Hostinger License Agreement
This license agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Trakin Gyan (“Licensee”) and Hostinger International Ltd. (“Licensor”).
- License Grant. Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Hostinger’s website hosting services (“Services”) for the purpose of hosting and publishing Licensee’s website. Licensee may not use the Services for any other purpose.
- Term. This Agreement shall commence upon Licensee’s acceptance of these terms and shall continue until terminated by either party.
- Fees. Licensee shall pay Licensor the fees for the Services as set forth on Hostinger’s website.
- Support. Licensor shall provide technical support for the Services in accordance with its standard support policies.
- Ownership. All intellectual property rights in the Services and any materials provided by Licensor in connection with the Services shall remain the property of Licensor.
- Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement.
- Limitation of Liability. Licensor shall not be liable to Licensee or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
- Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Licensor’s principal place of business.
- Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations, whether written or oral, concerning the subject matter of this Agreement.
- Modification. This Agreement may be modified only by a writing executed by both parties.
